At ArkivMusic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened physical media within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, booklets, and inserts are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item

Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
