These works for wind octet - by Klein, Kvandal, and Yun - are regarded as cornerstones of the recent literature. Oslo Chamber Academy is a new ensemble featuring some of Scandinavia's leading wind soloists. Oslo Philharmonic's solo oboist, David Friedemann Strunck, is the founder and artistic director of the ensemble.
